Meet Holly Franks's dogs, Bisquit and Mocha! Bisquit is her 3 year old Papillon and is also her best buddy, ruler of the house, and master of Mocha, his canine girlfriend who is a big, sweet Border Collie/Aussie cross. (Hey, I boss Gracie like that too and she outweighs me by 30 lbs, LOL!) Guess what? Bisquit and Mocha also have cool nicknames: Bill and Chuck!
