Meet Hattie, AKA Lorah's Happy Hattie, AKA The Mahatma or beautiful soul! Hattie is top dog pet papillon in the home of Diana and Frazer Crocker of Florence, OR. She came all the way from her breeder, Carolyne Allred-Chebsey, in Lichfield, England in an airplane with her new mum and dad. Hattie is 8 months old and looking forward to EVERYTHING!!
